| "This map is based on my stories, Code of Gulldune and Rensk Revealed. It shows the route Ray's rebel fleet takes to Rensk and the dangers they encounter in The Sea of Myov. There is also a calendar chart explaining the cycle of winds throughout the year with the months of Nu and Ly being the transitional points between shifts, and a scale for measuring falos. The map locates the ten divisions of Raiders with Briola seated in the northern most camp. Rensk and Plecot's dyme mines are far to the south. Promise Point is where Skiffers live. Southern Theor is seen in part below the Kumil mountain range to show how its fertile lands contrast with the barren north with its relentless sand waves. Omel (sweet root) fields grow along the banks of the Aries River." |
