"I took the inspiration for this poem from three images created by Cathy Buburuz. They were Altrasian Art, Altrasian Serpent and Alien Ocean. As well as beauty, the drawings have a slightly sinister quality to my mind. I believe that although there is peace and harmony among the natural inhabitants of the ocean, the chemical composition of the water means it's unlikely that it will support other life forms."
